Financial Responsibilities

Subscription / Levy / Fees

  • Annual Service Charge: Each flat/house (dwelling unit) shall pay an Annual Service Charge as determined by the Management Committee of the Association. The amount of the Annual Service Charge shall be presented before the general meeting and approved by the votes of a simple majority of residents present.
  • Special Project Levies: From time to time, the Estate General Meeting may approve any stated sum of money for special projects as may be reviewed by the Management Committee at its General Meetings from the Service Charge Account.
  • Mandatory Payment: Payment of the Annual Service Charge is mandatory for all Owners and Residents of the Estate.
  • Payment Window: Residents are required to pay their Annual Service Charge between January 1st and February 28th/29th of that year.
  • Validity & Pro-rating: The Annual Service Charge fee is due and valid from January 1st until December 31st of each year. However, residents who move into the estate after June 30th (from July 1st onwards) of any particular year shall pay a pro-rated Annual Service Charge for that year.
  • Compliance Measures: The Management Committee may from time to time give instructions to barricade the entrance and exit gates of the Estate in order to enforce compliance by residents with obligations under the Bye-Laws.
