General Code of Conduct

  • Residential Zoning: Houses are strictly designated for residential living. Commercial businesses, offices, schools, and beauty salons are forbidden unless explicitly compliant with estate planning laws.
  • Laundry Rail Restrictions: Hanging or spreading clothes/bedding over balconies or handrails is prohibited.
  • Banners & Posters: Unsanctioned posters, signs, or promotional banners are forbidden within and outside estate boundaries.
  • Hazardous & Flammable Materials: Storing highly inflammable materials is prohibited. Cooking gas cylinders must be kept outdoors.
  • Neighborly Conduct: Residents must respect neighbor rights and refrain from abusive, disorderly, violent, or harassing behavior.
  • Vandalism: Vandalizing estate property is prohibited and subject to immediate police prosecution.
  • Guest Accountability: Residents are legally and financially liable for the actions, damages, and cleanup costs caused by their guests or visitors.
  • Common Area Obstructions: Hallways, exits, stairwells, and parking bays must remain free of obstructions.
  • Garbage Standards: Trash must be secured in bin bags inside tightly closed dustbins.
  • Illegal Substances: Possession, sale, or use of illegal drugs or cannabis (indian hemp) is strictly prohibited and reported to law enforcement.
  • Firearms & Lethal Weapons: Unlawful possession or display of firearms or lethal weapons (knives, switchblades, bows, machetes) is prohibited and subject to criminal prosecution.
